The room was clean, good walk in shower and beds were comfy. Breakfast was really good value, choice of cereals, fruit and cooked items. I asked for chilled water and two big jugs were in place within a few minutes and the staff member came to my table to let me know. All the staff were really nice, very friendly and did a good job. Parking easy and there is a pub right by if food is wanted.

very simple basic room that was clean and comfortable. Located in the middle of a housing scheme with a pub/resteraunt across the road. Perfect location for access to the road to Liverpool and to come off the M6 from north which were my requirements. Quick check in and out, staff all pleasant and friendly, exactly what you would expect from this kind of hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent value, good size car park! Me and my daughter needed a place to stay after a concert, we didn’t need anything fancy just a clean room and a comfy bed and that’s exactly what we got for a great price. Toiletries and towels, tea and coffee in the room for the morning. We had a great night sleep and the staff were fab!

The hotel as a whole is very tastefully refurbished. Loved the quirky décor in our bedroom, which embraced the horse racing theme from Haydock Racecourse. The accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, efficient extremely helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and well set out.
